The location choice of foreign venture capital in China

Abstract

Abstract: The Capable Resources Integration (CRI) theory is developed, and a decision model of location choice is established by analyzing the location choice combined with enterprises’ own capable resources and foreign investment motives. Then, the location choice of foreign venture capital in China is analyzed to verify the correctness of the CRI theory. At the last, some innovative conclusions and directional countermeasures are put forward for the location choice of foreign venture capital.
