Abstract

Silence behavior is the stumbling block for organizations to absorb expostulation. Knowledge staff should provide suggestions for the development of enterprises, yet they choose to remain silent for occupational safety. As a result, it is not only difficult to complete their own mission, but also that the results are often contrary to their original intention. Based on the survey data of knowledge workers in beijing-tianjin-hebei region, this paper explores the influence of employee silence behavior on his career success and examines the mediating effect of leadership authorization on the relationship between the employee silence behavior and career success by hierarchical regression method. Empirical study shows that employee silence behavior has significant negative influence on his career success, and leadership authorization acted as a mediator between employee silence behavior and career success.
