A research on enterprise scale quality oriented to industrial innovation and upgrading: Concept defination, scale development and testing

Abstract: The enterprise growth model which is conducive to industrial innovation and upgrading has been a hot issue. In this paper, the Chinese industrial innovation and upgrading which features in low yield, big but not strong scale and traditionality are introduced into the enterprise scale threshold, and the concept category of enterprise scale quality is also introduced through introduction and definition of three kinds of scale thresholds. Based on this, the paper puts forward the three dimensions of R&D investment, non R&D input and knowledge energy, and the 11 capacity factors. Through pre-testing, questionnaire survey and other methods, this paper tests further the reliability and validity of the scale. In this paper, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
