Abstract: It has been well concerned by the industry for years in the transformation strategy from manufacturing to service. However, the past study lack of enough attention to the characteristics of the enterprise ability to support the successfully severance-oriented transformation in the manufacturing。This paper intends to start from the theory of enterprise capacity, to finger out the necessary characteristics of the enterprise ability to support the realized achievement of the severance-oriented transformation in the manufacturing。Through the data collection and study from the 200 different typical manufacturing with severance-oriented covered among the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, and Central China., we found that, the enterprise character abilities relative to the severance-oriented strategy in the manufacturing play a positive effect in realized in this transformation.
