Abstract

At present, emerging disciplines with greater prospect in the world are mostly interdisciplinary. Interdisciplinary research has also become a hot paradigm of contemporary scientific exploration, and it mainly realizes the integrated research of problems through the research methods that have been classified in the past. In this paper, based on the principle of "input-output", interdisciplinary measurement method of the research teams (“input”) and its research results (“output”) is established and taking NSFC major research plans as a case, whether the interdisciplinary research teams is contributed to the achievement of interdisciplinary research is explored. The empirical research shows that there is no obvious correlation between the interdisciplinary research teams and its achievement, but there are obvious differences of disciplines. The results will have a reference guidance for the related administrative departments or research institutions to promote interdisciplinary researches.
