A research on the cultivating mechanism of organization competitiveness under core values identification

Abstract: Abstract: The intellectuals are the groups of highly political sensitive, whose mental intellectual development is largely constrained by the core values ??identity. Base on the sample data of knowledge-based team and by means of structural equation modeling, empirical analysis reveals the intrinsic relationship among the core values identity, psychological intelligence and organizational competitive, and founds the promoting path of core values identity in psychological intellectual and the promoting mechanism in organizational competitive, which provides a theoretical reference for knowledge-based team to nurture organization competitiveness, and strengthen the integration between values theory and traditional management theory. The research founds: emotional identity and behavior Identity promote the analytical intelligence, creative intelligence and practical intelligence; analytical intelligence, creative intelligence and practical intelligence promote the organizational competitiveness.
