Abstract: This paper studies the influencing factors of promotion efficiency from Industrialization to Informatization and proposes GRNN-DEMATEL method. It applies Super DEA model to evaluate the promotion efficiency of Industrialization to Informatization and exploits GRNN neural network to calculate the weights between object index and influencing factor index and uses the weights to get the direct-relation matrix, then takes advantage of traditional DEMATEL method to study the influencing factors of promotion efficiency of Industrialization to Informatization. The empirical analysis is done with the data on Industrialization and Informatization during the period of 2003-2011. The results show that the R&D efficiency of industrial company is the most important influencing factor.
