Unstable relationship between enterprises in technological innovation network severely weakened innovation output.This paper studies the impact of different dimensions of technological innovation network routines on relationship stability. And through multiple regression analysis of 290 domestic enterprises, results show that in technological innovation networks, cooperative innovation behavior agreement positive impacts relationship stability. And moderate innovation network specification consensus promotes relationship stability. Cooperative innovation behavior agreement improves affective trust. Innovation network specification consensus improves the level of affective trust and capability trust. Affective trust and capability trust play an intermediary role in the relationship between network routines and relationship stability separately.
