Abstract

Basing on the double target cooperative mode of “leading technology and quality control”,taking Guilin pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. as an example,using SPS case study paradigm,deduced the cooperative mode of technology management and quality management of Guilin Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. which based on the innovation,revealed the applicable characteristic of the technology management in the concrete enterprise.Taking an depth analysis of technology upgrades and breakout process of core products of enterprise,divided the technology management process of Guilin pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. again,constructed the model of enterprise quality management system in the production process,described the dynamic characteristics of the management process in Guilin Pharmaceutica.Case study findings,Guilin Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. based on the research and innovation,through the building of double target collaborative model of “leading technology+quality control”,synchronous propelled the technology management and quality management system,successful implemented the technology upgrading of enterprise and the breakthrough of core products.
