On the basis of analysis of the Dongpozi country’s entrepreneurial process with the Timmons Model, the paper analyzed the farmers’ opportunity development, resource bricolage and team fusion and proposed four research propositions：First, the farmers discover entrepreneurship opportunity by determining the technical feasibility and the business market feasibility; Secondly, in the farmers entrepreneurship process, with the development of the entrepreneurial process and the depth of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship bricolage develops from straightforward patchwork to high-end with a specific target. Thirdly, the specific person’s decision-making model is very important for farmers to establish a business successfully; Fourthly, Matching Opportunity Development, Resource Bricolage and team fusion is the key to a successful entrepreneurship. Finally, the paper concludes with future research directions.
