Abstract: This paper takes the national transportation logistics public information platform (hereinafter referred to as the "LOGINK" platform) as the research object, utilizes statistical analysis and case study method, with information, technology, financial and administration intervention as independent variables, operation value perception, strategic value perception and implementation cost perception as intermediate variables, systematically studied the effect mechanism of different government interventions on logistics public information platform adoption intention. The result shows that: different types of government intervention have significant difference in the adoption intention of logistics enterprises in the logistics public information platform, as a whole, the impact of information intervention is the minimum, while the technical intervention is the maximum. As to effect of operational value perception of the platform, technology intervention’s effect is the first, information intervention’s influence is the second, while financial and administration effect has no significant influence. As to effect of strategic value perception of the platform, from strong to weak, the turn is administration intervention, technology intervention and information intervention, meanwhile financial intervention’s effect is not significant. The effect of different government intervention to platform implementation cost perception, the turns from strong to weak are technology intervention, financial intervention and administration intervention, information intervention’s effect is insignificant.
