Abstract: it is more important that resource should be invested in cooperative knowledge innovation than knowledge accumulation would be in. some questions should be answered that how lose aversion gives influences on cooperative knowledge innovation and how to decrease these negative influences. The definition of lose is expanded from wealth to resource investment. And knowledge innovation model based on lose aversion is put forward. Then some conclusions are that the willing on knowledge innovation will decrease on the influence of lose aversion and lose aversion will be strength in cooperation instead of weaken. High cost sharing ratio among innovation members is helpful to decrease lose aversion. These conclusions are tested by analysis examples. Zhenjiang Medical Cooperation Platform is introduced as a case of cooperative knowledge innovation in explaining innovation reduction.
