Study of Market Power Building of Chinese Complex Products and Systems enterprises under Globalization

Abstract: This paper aims to explore the main elements of market power of the complex product system enterprise in China, in order to form and strengthen the market power and improve their motivation and capability of innovation. Fifteen observed variables of market power of the complex product system enterprise were extracted based on multiple case study method and literature analysis, and then the measure scales of this paper were formed. 118 samples data are collected by using questionnaire survey, elements of market power of the complex product system enterprise are extracted with factor analysis method, three main elements are gained, which are political policy capacity, differences in competitiveness and customer value chain management capabilities.
