Abstract: The paper proposed a research model on relationship among among entrepreneurial resource integration, new venture performance, and organizational coordination. Then the proposed hypotheses’ model was tested by means of questionnaire survey conducted on the 223 new ventures. The results show that: both entrepreneurial resource cohesion and entrepreneurial resource coupling significantly affect new venture performance. We further find that while authority coordination completely moderate the positive relationship between entrepreneurial resource integration(including entrepreneurial resource cohesion and entrepreneurial resource coupling) and new venture performance, trust coordination partially moderate those relationships.
