Abstract：Based on the Resource-based view, this thesis proposes a theoretical research framework that consists five factors: exploratory innovation, exploitative innovation, resource flexibility, coordination flexibility and environmental uncertainty. Emperical study is conducted to examine the hypothesises raised by the model based on 404 sample data collected from enterprises in China. In results, resource flexibility have the positive influence on exploratory innovation, but negative influence on exploitative innovation; coordination flexibility have positive influences on both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation; environmental uncertainty play the moderating role in the relationship between strategic flexibility and exploratory innovation positively, but not moderate the relationship between strategic flexibility and exploitative innovation.
