Abstract

In this paper, the impacts of fairness perceptions to relationship values in R&D cooperation are argued with intervening variableof relationship quality and by the application of structural equation model and by use of 198 sample data from Shanghai automobile industrial R&D cooperative relationships. It is found out that the procedure fairness and interaction fairness have an impact on relationship values through satisfaction, and influences of procedure fairness are less, influences of interaction fairness are more. And the influences of distribution fairness on relationship values are achieved through commitment path. Also, the influences of satisfaction to relationship values are maximizing, the second is trust, and the third is commitment.
