Abstract: Based on the intensive literature review, three components of stakeholder's personal relationship are put forward, and they are Ganqing, Renqing, and Mianzi. The relationships of three components of stakeholder's personal relationship, knowledge sharing behavior and performance of complex product development are analyzed, and the theoretical model is established. Then, stakeholders of complex product development team are selected as survey objects, and the model is tested empirically. The findings reveal thatGanqing, Renqing, and Mianzi of stakeholders all have significant positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior, Ganqing and Mianzi have significant positive effect on performance of complex product development, and knowledge sharing behavior has significant positive effect on performance of complex product development. Another two conclusions are also gained: one conclusion is that knowledge sharing behavior plays a wholly intermediate role between Renqing and performance of complex product development, and the other conclusion is that knowledge sharing behavior plays a partial intermediate role between Ganqing and performance of complex product development, and between Mianzi and performance of complex product development.
