Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development in the field of mobile intelligent terminal, the competition among enterprises is fierce, relevant patent litigation events occur frequently, and widespread concern in the community is caused, the quantitative interpretation of patent litigation between the field of complex will be able to reveal the intention behind the competition situation of patent litigation in the enterprise and strategy further. Throughsorting patent litigation events of 2010-2012 years in the field,and building the litigation relation matrix, some social network analysis is conducted from visualization, cohesive subgroups, degree centrality and betweenness centrality, in order to provide reference of decision-making for relevant enterprises and government departments.
