Technology innovation has become an important driving force for regional economic development. Technology innovation policies have effectively promoted development of regional technology innovation. This paper constructs evaluation index system of technology innovation policy performance, by selecting Hefei as a case, using statistics data, and adopting evaluation method of correlation analysis and grey correlation, to evaluate technological innovation policy performance of Hefei. At the same time, the results are laterally compared with relevant cities, to find out problems and reasons of technology innovation in Hefei. On this basis, the paper puts forward optimization countermeasures and suggestions about technology innovation policy performance of Hefei, to further improve technology innovation ability and level. Here, the analysis method and conclusion about regional technology innovation policy implementation are of good reference roles.
