Research on triple helix synergetic innovation capability evaluation based on regional industry interaction

Abstract: The enterprise dimension of triple helix model can be divided into two subclasses which have different feature and interactive evolution: producer services and manufacturing industry. Based on SCP analytical paradigm, on the basis of analyzing the synergetic innovation structure and behavior of the two parallel triple helixes of "university-government-producer services" and "university-government-manufacturing", by synergetic degree measurement model of composite system, we completed the theoretical deduction and case study of triple helix synergetic innovation capability evaluating method based on regional industry interaction. It is found that regional synergetic innovation capability evaluating technique of using these two parallel triple helixes can enrich the triple helix theoretical system in theory and offer more detailed decision reference information for promoting regional synergetic innovation capability in practice.
