Similarity comparison research on internationalization strategy cases of Haier and Huawei based on the Grounded Theory

Abstract: To make the enterprise stronger and bigger, adopting the internationalization development strategy is an inevitable course . The successful implementation of internationalization strategy of Haier and Huawei has important realistic and practical significance for Chinese enterprise internationalization strategy research. Grounded theory is a scientific and effective method of qualitative research. In the case of Haier and Huawei company, dominated by grounded theory as a tool of research, we concluded that the two companies in the process of implementing the internationalization strategy adopted international talent strategy and main leaders as the important influence factor. Thus, it can give other companies enlightenment and reference advice in exploring the internationalization path.
