The influence of the cooperative relationship between venture enterprise and venture capital on venture enterprise’s growth performance

Abstract

Abstract: This paper develops an effective scale using literature research and interviews, and gets relevant data through questionnaire. After reliability testing, canonical correlation analysis is used to find the key factors of the relationship between Venture Enterprise and Venture Capital that impact Venture Enterprise's growth performance. Results show that the distribution of benefits，trust and information sharing between Venture Enterprise and Venture Capital are important factors affecting Venture Enterprise's growth performance.
