Abstract

The feature of combined technology coverage and wide products applications decides the trend of innovative cyberizing of photonic industry, and its construction and evolution mechanism is to be explored. By taking Berlin-Brandenburg photonic cluster in Germany as example, and by means of partial method of complex network, it is argued that the technological background, research power, and net fabricator play an important role in the construction and evolution of the network. The construction of innovation network is decided by the features of technology and industry, while the density of network would maintain stable after certain increase of network density. The driving force of network evolution from initial fabricators matching turns to ultimate auto-cooperation within member knots.
