Abstract: In the Internet era, with the constantly development of digital technique and accelerative popularization of marketplace globalization, the impact of business models on the performance of enterprises is increasing, especially its function for capturing value which the business models make in the new-high-tech’ firms commercialization process becomes an important influencing factor to developmental trajectories of new-high-tech firms. However, the operational mechanisms and the condition of this important factor are still not clear and definite. Based Zott model (2008), business models and competitive strategies are brought into an integrated model and a matched model between business models and competitive strategies is built up. The result demonstrates that in the analysis on the new-high-tech firms' samples, the fitness between both of them has the significant linear positive correlation with the profitability performance index of the new-high-tech firms and the insignificant correlation with the potentialities performance index. In view of the above, the result expands the research conclusion made by Henry Chesbrouch and Richard S. Rosebloom(2002)and will provide a new basis and direction for the further research.
