The establishing process of technology links for assembly industry at the catch-up stage:Case study of Goldwind Science and Technology Co., Ltd andChina Hualu Panasonic AVC Co., LTD

Abstract

Abstract: The construction of the technological links has been a crucial issue for the technology upgrade of assembly industry at a catch-up stage. Based on the case study of the Goldwind Science and Technology Co., Ltd and China Hualu Panasonic AVC Co., LTD, some regulations involving technological capability enhancement are presented. First, the construction of the technological links should be founded through the construction of industrial platform. Second, the rules for the evolution of catch-up enterprises’ technological capability should be followed; At last, a safeguard system including R&D strategy, fund, and personnel should be built.
