The benefit harmony for the members in technical standard alliances based on negotiation models

Abstract:   Abstract: The benefit harmony of alliance members has become an important influencing factor for the development of technical standard alliances, and therefore the research on the benefit harmony of the alliances is very important to the government and enterprises in China. It is pointed out that the key for getting the benefit of the members in the technical standard alliances is to compete for the right to control the standards, and the benefit harmony among them is analyzed through building negotiation models. Based on the negotiation model with two participators, the possibility to gain the solutions that both negotiators can accept is studied, and the process of the negotiation and conditions of the model for getting the optimal solutions is analyzed, and the conclusions on the negotiations with more than two participators are drawn. In the end, some advices for the development of the technical standard alliances in China are provided.
