Abstract

Abstract: Abstract：The process of independent innovation of enterprises is also the formation and cultivation of the enterprise patent capacity. The cultivation of enterprises patent capacity in different phrases of the independent innovation in term of the patent creation，the patent application，the patent protection, and the patent management capacity is analyed. Then the cultivation of enterprise patent capacity in different creation forms，such as the original creation， the integrated creation, and re-creation is analyzed. In the end， some suggestions in respect of the cultivation of enterprise patent capacity are giren.
