Abstract: A brief analysis on the importance of collaborative research in basic sciences is brought with, on the basis of it, the fact that the main obstacles to the cooperation in basic research is “market failure” on basic research field and “professional unity” on basic research team is analyzed; furthermore both outstanding effectiveness of science fund system on promoting basic scientific research co-operation and co-create a good environment and the promotion mechanism of science fund system for the co-operation of basic research are analyzed.
