Abstract: Abstract: Managing and controlling the progress of scientific research project are propitious to transform research quality of researcher into scientific achievements and the maturity assessment is the effective way to improve the efficiency or level of scientific management of scientific research project. The evaluation system of scientific research project management maturity proposed by authors previously is improred, and a method to improve the maturity continuously is provided based on the connection between maturity level and assessment result. The results of case study show that the method proposed in here can assess the management maturity of scientific research project and find the bottleneck factors effectively.
