Abstract

Abstract: Taking the case of the indicator system for scientific and technological innovation competitiveness evaluation of Chinese universities that the research center for Chinese science evaluation of Wuhan University designed as an example, a kind of optimization idea and method for the indicator system, especially the weights are brought forward by using the indicator data in the last three years, and further tests indicate that it was scientific and reasonable. It is believed that this kind of optimization idea and method not only is adaptable to the field of science research evaluation, but also has a positive significance and reference value for the optimization of evaluating indicator system in other areas.
