Abstract: Abstract: The technological innovation network is a new organization form of technological innovation activity. The network is looking for new knowledge which can help them to develop. The general knowledge flow is described, and learning ability and the coupling between the nodes are introdnced on the basis of knowledge flow process analysis of technological innovation network. A knowledge flow-coupling process model in technological innovation network is built. The general rules of technological innovation network interior knowledge sharing and the proliferation activity are studied through core enterprise’s knowledge flow coupled process control analysis. The results show that the core knowledge node by means of strengthening the learning ability and changing the coupling between the nodes coordinates the knowledge flow-process control of the technological innovation network.
