Abstract

Abstract: An important artifice for catching on the evolvement characters and influence complications of industrial cluster innovation network evolvement is to upgrad the area competition advantage. The models of circumstance-action are proposed and simulation of the evolvement process of industrial cluster innovation network is conducted by applying the simulation methodology based on a complexity adaptive system theory. It shows that innovation agents adjust action rules themselves constantly in order to adapting the circumstance, which results in the emergence of innovation network. At the same time, the evolution of industrial cluster innovation network possesses the characteristics of small-world and convergence.
