Abstract: Abstract: Firstly, the structural division of factors influencing tacit knowledge conversion in technology transfer is analyzed, and then 16 indicators which influence the effect of tacit knowledge conversion in technology transfer are explored. Based on the technique, an assessment model for measuring the effect of tacit knowledge conversion in technology transfer is established using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). These findings can provide a theoreticl and methodical support for the depth exploration of technology transfer under the background of tacit knowledge management.
