A study on the relationship among organizational cultures, knowledge management strategies, and performance

Abstract: Abstract: Most views on the Organizational Culture(OC) and Knowledge Management(KM) relationship advocated that culture reform is adapted to the KM, and emphasis on qualitative analysis. Various Knowledge Management Strategies(KMSs) are proposed in order to adapt the established OC. Then the tendentious of KM strategy’s choice and effectiveness of KM in a certain organizational cultural atmosphere are certificated.
