Strategic leadership behavior, learning orientation, knowledge integration, and organizational innovation performance

Abstract: Abstract: On the basis of literature review, a hypothetical model on the relationships among strategic leadership behavior, learning orientation, knowledge integration, and organizational innovation performance is brought forward, and then the model is tested by means of questionnaire survey conducted on the 163 companies in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces. The results show that: strategic leadership behavior plays a positive role in the organizational learning orientation; strategic leadership behavior does not directly affect the knowledge integration, but affects the ability to integrate knowledge through organizational learning orientation in a secondhand way; both organizational learning orientation and the ability to integrate knowledge act as the important intermediaries between strategic leadership behavior and organizational innovation performance; strategic leadership behavior has no significant and direct impact on the organizational technological innovation performance, however has a direct and positive impact on the management innovation performance.
