Abstract: Abstract： A survey on 50 domestic universities at all levels is coducted; it focuses on the factors influencing internationalization of universities. Based on the survey, firstly the main factors are determined by using factor analysis method, at then the important incentives and major obstacles in the process of internationalization for the universities in China are selected and analyzed. The research results can provide the important knowledge-base and supports for the universities at all levels in China to determine core areas that they focus on while implementing the strategies of internationalization.
