Abstract： By the means of the empirical analysis on the framework of competition advantage theory, it is mainly found that FDI ,human resource, service proportion, and international market coverage play positive roles in promoting the competition of international service trade in the long run, in the meanwhile have a negative correlation with the gap between city and country， and finally some suggestions are put forward.
