Abstract: The technology for credit evaluating in China speculatively and repeatedly studies around “the system of index” for quite some times; it has got not only behind the level of western developed countries, but also behind the practice demand for credit development in China largely; and it still unable to bear the necessary function for keeping credit risk away in the actual finance crisis and reconstructing credit system in the future. The technology development law on the credit evaluate is explored; the problem and causation of China are quested based on the comparison of intrinsic drives and exterior conditions of technology development on the credit evaluation between China and Occident. The conclusion is reached, that is, intrinsic base，necessary condition, and ensuring condition are the three important conditions for the normal development of technology on the credit evaluation of China.
