The current situation and management strategies of research ethics and academic atmosphere

Abstract: Abstract: Based on the literature analysis and case studies, 28 researchers from 4 research institutes are interviewed. Then through online survey, 381 valid replies from 19 research institutes all over the country are received. The results include the violation extent of scientific ethics by researchers and academic atmosphere, the roots of those problems, the researchers’ attitudes toward the current situation, and the management measures as well as strategies taken by the research institutes. It aims to provide some suggestions for the formulation of related policies, and lay a foundation for the further research.
