Abstract

Abstract: Considering the features of auto parts enterprise cooperation, the possible equilibrium profit is calculated based on the Cournot competition model. Furthermore, a horizontal coordinated revenue growth model is set up based on modified Lotka-Volterra system dynamics model and the cooperative decision-making mechanism among auto parts enterprises is analyzed according to the value chain and specification theories. The results show that individual value chain is optimized by centralizing and relocating resources so as to increase the profit is the incentive for enterprises to implement horizontal cooperation. And horizontal coordination that can increase both profit margin and achieve the win-win effect will be carefully examined when enterprises make decisions. Finally, an example is given and the results are testfied.
