Abstract: Abstract: Co-authoring papers are of great importance to sharing resources, exchanging ideas, spreading knowledge, acquiring information, and so on. The author cooperation situation of the journal, Science Research Management, from 2004 to 2008 is collected and arranged and a network of co-authors is established. And then, Social Network Analysis (SNA) is used to analyze the subgroups, network density, and centrality of the entire co-author network and the results show that (1)the entire co-author network isn’t connected, (2)the sizes of the cooperation subgroups are small, and (3) the entire co-author network and those subgroups are scale-free networks.
