Abstract

Abstract: The general situation for applying and funding the Fund for Less Developed Regions(FLDRs) was analyzed, and the character and trends of FLDR were discussed. Based on the adjustment of the mission of FLDR and a fact-finding investigation, some policy recommendations were put forward to improve the funding mechanism of FLDR.
