Abstract

Abstract: Based on a questionnaire survey on S&T personnel in Zhejiang province, S&T personnel holistic perception for justice as well as the factor of procedural and outcome justice in performance appraisal are measured in order to reveal status of justice in colleges and S&T institutions. An analysis on the difference among S&T personnel with different personal features in their perception for justice and job satisfaction is given and how their perceptions for justice in performance appraisal influence their job satisfaction is explored.
