Empirical study on the structure model of organizational climate for innovation in Chinese enterprises

Abstract: Abstract: On the basis of discussion about the prior research, a survey method is used to explore the structure model of organizational climate for innovation in Chinese background. Research indicated that in Chinese context, organizational innovative climate model consists of seven dimension structures.
