The structure model of employees’ growth by turnover

Abstract: Abstract: Based on the literature review the employees’ growth by turnover is analyzed. The data were acquired through in-depth interview and questionnaires. The methods of EFA, CFA and One-Sample T Test were used. Three issues were revealed: (1) Job transfer has growth effect. The fact that job transfer will promote employees’ development was statistic significance. (2)The structure of employees’ growth by turnover had seven parallel components. The seven components were named as the match between job and ability, the innovative ability, social ability, vocational ability, self-cognition, individual achievement, and remuneration. (3)The questionnaires that were made in this study had suitable reliability and are high validity.
