Abstract

Abstract: Based on a sample of 489 employees, the Meyer and Allen’s three-component model of organizational commitment was assessed; the criterion-related validity and the construct validity were tested. Results showed that the discriminate validity and the convergent validity of the scale are not acceptable. And the average of the three commitment is not same when comparing with other studies.
