Abstract: Abstract: Focus on the knowledge intensive service industry, it traces to Schumpeterian concept of innovation, and tries to construct the conceptual framework for service innovation. Based on the multi-case and empirical studies, it is found that the content of service innovation is comprised of a series of innovation, namely, product innovation, process innovation, organizational innovation, and marketing innovation.
