Abstract: Based upon the assumption that “capacity decides credit”, researches on evaluation elements about enterprises credit analysis framework always locked in the enterprise capability to keep a promise in China. But, the large sample investigation by inquisition system for Chinese enterprisers discovered that the character of enterprisers influences badly on the credit of enterprises. Credit sponsion institutions in Zhejiang province widely put the character of enterprisers forward as a chief element in estimating credit level for medium-sized enterprises.Therefore, the system framework, element structure, and influential degree of enterprise credit are explored from the angle of vision based on credit risk identification and control; and the conclusion is elicited that the credit character and the credit capacity are two basic factors influencing enterprise credit, the character of the enterpriser is the most influential element for enterprise credit.
