Abstract

    The influence of industry cluster character on the growth of talents is examined. The sample of this study is obtained from four industry clusters in China. It is proved that: (1) the economy status of industry clusters has a positive direct impact on the growth of talents in the clusters; (2) the Human Resource(HR) policy of industry clusters has a positive direct impact on the growth of talents in the clusters; (3) the culture of industry clusters has not a direct impact on the growth of talents in the clusters; (4) the living setting of industry clusters has a positive direct impact on the growth of talents in the clusters; (5) the Human Resource Management(HRM) of companies in industry clusters has a positive direct impact on the growth of talents in the clusters; (6) the culture and HR policy of industry clusters have a positive direct impact on the HRM of companies in the clusters.
