Abstract: With conflict analysis models, the inevitability of conflict between the exclusivity of intellectual property rights and data sharing system in the scientific research is addressed. Analysis shows that the conflict can be categorized as a non-absolute opposability conflict. And if an impartial mediator entitled with some rights is introduced into the system, the model might get a stable solution and thus data sharing could be realized.
